PRP – or The Vampire Facial – is used as a treatment for many medical symptoms, it is also widely used in aesthetic medicine as an effective anti-ageing treatment, skin re-surfacer or to help treat acne scaring.
It uses blood drawn from the patients arm by a registered doctor which is then separated in a process called centrifuge. This separates the red and white blood cells from the blood before infusing it back into the clients skin through a gentle needling process, thus ensuring it is fully absorbed into the tissue.
The effects are a much smoother, ‘re-plumped’, toned and brighter effect to the skin. This is due to the stimulation of the outer layers of the cells which promotes healthy cell regeneration, thereby encouraging the body’s natural production of collagen.

Anyone wanting a safe, quick and non-surgical treatment for lines/wrinkles, dull or sagging skin, scars and acne scaring (pits), uneven or ageing skin, pigmentation or dark spots.

How long before I see results?
Results are visible from 5 days and continue to improve for up to 3 months.

How far apart are treatments?
We recommend a course of 3 spaced at monthly intervals then every 6 – 9 months afterwards to maintain the effects.

Redness usually subsides after approximately 24 hours.
