Annie has worked in the health and social care sectors most of her working life. She understands the importance of eating healthy, nutritious food and engaging in regular exercise to feel good and maintain a healthy weight.
Annie’s main area of interest is wholesome nutrition and nourishing the body and mind with real food that helps you live life to the full.
Annie qualified as a certified weight loss coach and since then has supported many people to lose weight and keep it off. She is continuing her studies and currently studying for a diploma in nutrition, to enable her to give you weight loss advice that is well researched and evidence based.
